The Center for Action Research and Training (CART) is an accredited Liberian-owned and operated research institute founded by trained professional Liberian social science researchers to facilitate Liberian-designed research and undertake research and other studies commissioned by foreign principle investigators and institutions.  

Central to CART’s mission is conducting social research and training for Liberians and foreign firms that have a research interest in Liberia. We focus our work on social research and training researchers in data collection, management, reporting. Our clients include Liberian and foreign institutions, universities and colleges, international students, local and foreign businesses, and academicians.
